The storage server expires in October. I'm planning to decide if I renew it probably in September, depending on the amount of traffic it gets. Traffic hasn't dropped off anywhere near as much as I thought it would, though I suspect a lot of it is just automation and bots.
I also don't have any backup of any of the data, so if the server's disk dies, that'll also be the end.

So @admin, is there any final date yet when the storage stops working? Asking cuz I gotta buy a new storage server to host them on my own...

Thanks very much for the years of service. Really helped me out with your huge collected database during a shitty time personally.
Wishing you good luck with the rest of your future endeavors and life.
Anybody else notice the pattern on the champagne glasses for episode 3 of Mujikaku Seijo wa Kyou mo Muishiki ni Chikara wo Tare Nagasu. The same ones in Tensei Kizoku no Isekai Boukenroku.
Thanks for everything you've done, I used this website primarily to grab subtitles from releases without having to download them and it worked really well for that.
If you provide an anime site dl, at least exactly same as animetosho, pure from source without reencoding and watermark, it doesn't matter if your sites contains ads/popups or donations.
Thanks for the clarification. There's a list of site alternatives, but it's geared towards sites that offer similar functionality to what Anime Tosho does, and isn't meant to be a comprehensive list. I think the goals of your site are quite a departure from what this site does. If you're looking to get more eyeballs, a more general index would be more appropriate. I hope it works out for you!

the only thing that this site is producing for me is annoying popups, notification requests and seemingly forever circling loading animation with text:
Preparing your download...
nothing more, so seams to be either broken or scam
AnimeToki has a very hard block against using AdBlock. However, when AdBlock is disabled, no adds actually appear on the site. So what nasty software is Adblock stopping from running?
I somehow missed this until now (despite visiting the site a few times since the announcement). Thankyou for running this site for so long. Thankyou for the effort put in. Wish you the best!
The more I read this thread the dumber I'll become (not that I'm smart to begin with). I think some people need to stay in their own lane and go wherever the fuck they want to be. Don't look back cause the site is dying in a couple of months. Save your energy to do something you'll actually enjoy. Peace out.
And no one will miss you anyway there's the door. Don't forget to wipe your tears on your way out. Make sure to bring "Anon" and never come back, lulz.
