There's some Tricks to avoid copyright violation such as renaming the file with different name or even change its extension.
Doing that will guarantee you more time before being deleted.

MEGA free accounts only allow 15GB of space though (after the bonus period ends). So often a single upload would require multiple accounts.
MEGA is also prone to very quickly remove files/links, making it pretty useless for something out in the open like AnimeTosho.

Some subbed PVs and script only releases will fall under your 10MB limit. It is still not practical.

Oh, actually it isn't stated there. But anyway, AT only fetches the English translated, non-Hentai source categories, and the sources are moderated to keep Hentais out of those categories.

As stated in the FAQ, Hentai is not allowed here. (Although you'll find some uncensored Ecchi shows.)

I've also added a speed throttle to Direct downloads, and increased the window for Direct links to show from 14 to 21 days. Hopefully makes it less likely to hit limits.

AT doesn't really have an API though this may be useful.
