I'd advise against it. It's a bad cache site. AniDex and Minglong are the official places for original fansub groups releases, and has been in the past. HS's encodes are directly mirrored from their site by AT. So there shouldn't be any problem. If you think something is something, you can always upload it to TokyoTosho and it'll be fetched by AT.

Other than english, there's some BD RAW, indo sub, vietsub, and spanish sub.
Last year I checked they alrd got up to 50 TB of anime stuffs. God knows how much movies, books, music, games and softwares. @_@
