Gomen admin-sama, and yes, I mean recent links. According to your statements, Dev-Host has problem right now, right? I hope it'll be fixed soon as long as Dev-Host normal again or maybe You take another host for put it. Arigatou. :)
what hosts do you guys use beside Devhost and Anonfiles? Devhost is my 1st choice, anonfiles speed is pretty good, but I can't seem to use IDM on that site :(.
Do you have any examples? I took a random file uploaded on 2014-02-01, which was about when we switched attachment uploading to DevHost, and the file appears to be alive.
AnonFiles isn't the only host that we wrap files in 7z though, so it isn't really appropriate there. I'm guessing WinRAR 3.93 is actually the minimum version which supports all current 7z encodings, was released over 3 years ago, as was 7-Zip 9.20. I think there can be a reasonable expectation that people aren't using ancient software, especially considering that a lot of anime is released in Hi10P, which mainstream support for only came out in late 2011 (and we don't provide assistance on how to play it back).
But regardless, there has always been a note about it in the FAQ page. Does that seem alright?
well, add that to the AnonFiles Corruption Page cause it help a lot for who dont know about that.

It seems no Attachments file uploaded in earlier release. I wonder if it's problem with Dev-Host or something else. I Hope it'll be fixed already. Arigatou admin-sama. :)
please i have 2 part of one piece 239 720p but i didn't know how to join them and if you can explain me how to join them please or if you can please , please can you download i new link with the complete episode please just for this episode
Boo Hoo. You can get a 400mb file in 4/5 mins from Anonfiles, the wait won't kill you.
If you really want faster speeds then buy premium somewhere, I've gotten up to 6MB/s from Uptobox with premium, which is faster than I've ever had with Mega.
thank you. And I'd love to have an option to change the page's time into different GMTs, so we can see which anime got DLL link in what time ( our local time I means :) ). If you want to see the page's original one, you can always set it back, hope you like this idea.
So it's not that you can't use other hosts, but rather, you prefer downloading from mega. Anonfiles and dev-host offer great speeds you know. Though you might need a download manager to get that speed, like IDM.
Well, it's been very useful for me, the episodes page :). And, yes, can you make the anime tittles in that page bold with a larger font size, it'll be much help.
Sorry if this is out of topic and kinda wrong place, but I don't know where to ask (I talk about anime stuff just in AT and 4chan, and I don't think asking /a/nons is the right choice). Anyone know what happens to BakaBT? I can't visit the site and all of my torrent tracker links are closed by peer.
Well, there's a few things: - is it slow on the client side - as in, does your browser feel unresponsive? - or are requests to the server taking a while to load? (I assume that this is what you're suggesting) - and what is your definition of slow?
Pages take around 1-3 seconds to load for me (this includes posting comments), which is quite reasonable in my view. Some pages will be slower to load, such as search, or browsing really old entries. If you were expecting ~50ms load times because you're in the US and are used to most websites being colocated there, then that certainly isn't happening here.
I initially assumed it was a client side thing because you mentioned browsing for a long time. Servers generally don't get slower over time, otherwise it would affect everyone.
Not really. I think it's probably a server load issue(?) Site functions starts responding late like: any url on animetosho loads after waiting for long time. This happens after I browse through a lot of anime episodes here in a short time.
This is a really great site, thanks you so much, I've been looking for anime DLL site since otakucop is down, and devhost is pretty much filling its lost right now :)
// The only thing is the "Episode Updates Page" is so hard to see (distinguish the shows I mean) hope you can do sth about it, thanks for the great site again :*
