files last a couple of days at most, dunno how long exactly, it splits downloads larger than 800mb into parts so 800, but it's still good i guess, fullspeed with no captcha no waiting time before and in between dl's

Is it still basically unused?
If so, I may remove the link.

Thanks to Envy regardless!

Mainly it's to put a limit on bandwidth requirements.

That page should probably be updated some time though, thanks for pointing that out.

Thanks for the comment :)
Just some host issues - can't do much to help it unfortunately...

Is there some kind of catch in uploading batches? I mean, the fact that AT won't upload over 3GB in size. I read the FAQs and it didn't really give any explanation.

Not just in your place. More like, AT itself was down. Anyways, glad it's up and running. :3

AT is back!  Where I live AT has been off-line for the last 18 or so hours.  No troubles, I hope, for admin?  It's been a long time since the last downtime.

I've confirmed that both Mega and Anonfiles support encryption but that's about it. I'm not sure with the rest. I get good DL speed with encrypted sites.

I believe the entire transfer (DL) is encrypted (SSL). Haven't manually monitored incoming packets of data though. Will try later.

Thanks a lot for finding those Tibb!
I've just tried tweaking the detection routine, so let's see if it comes up with newer files.

Only one I can think of, off the top of my head, is Mega. However, I haven't actually downloaded anything from them, so I don't know if they use SSL for the entire transfer (can anyone confirm?).

[you were suggesting Mega, I suppose you know?]

Unfortunately that's beyond the scope of what we're trying to provide at this point.
But thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Interesting to hear that people are actually using it.
It seems that the hosts MultiUpload actually provides are already supplied by other hosts, but I suppose their own direct link works well.

Does anyone know what limitations they impose on their direct upload? Such as max file size, how long files last etc?

It's actually probably the opposite.
Recaptcha works by combining a known word with an unknown one (basically a word that OCR couldn't recognise). As such, it only really validates your input against the known word.
Often the unknown word is rather illegible, which is why OCR fails to recognise it.

Fun fact with captcha's run by google you have a word with letters that are all wiggly and another one with relatively straight letters, as long as you do the wiggly one right you can type ANYTHING you like for the straight word, i normally type Nigger myself. Try it.

you need to add captchas or some simple math problems to your download links...cause from what I am hearing...companies are using your site to find links and remove them"

Didn't see a reply after admin's but I'd also like to know where this was heard. @techguru, whoever you are.

I don't think you need multiple accounts, but I always used a new account each day. :S

Here is an example of a file without a mega link:

https://animetosho.torrentbay.st/view/eveyuu-hen...720.651267

The drop down menu also doesn't list the up.to link and the 1fichier link, but inside jheberg it's there (it's not just this file). the file is on mega, but it can be seen only on the file manager on the mega site but inaccessible through jheberg.

Edit:

https://animetosho.torrentbay.st/view/pm.n431317

Mega in this case has the same issue as the fichier and up.to

What happened to "MultiUpload"? I used that one over 90% of the time. (I'm really sad to see it no longer available...)
If you select the "MultiUpload" link, most of the time their "direct download" option is available. It's very fast and very reliable. And if you have spotty internet connection you have the option to stop and continue the download a little later.

Thanks for the info and offer.
Does one need multiple Jheberg accounts? Because currently the script auto-creates Mega accounts periodically and attaches it to the single Jheberg account.

I haven't noticed any issues with redirection yet, then again, I don't really check :P
The script does do some basic sanity checking so it may retry on failure. But if you do notice such a case where it fails over here, I'd love to look into it!

I could help mass produce jheberg accounts and tie them to mega accounts

Would that help you?

Edit:
Just saw the implementation of jheberg! I thought it would have taken longer!
Congratulation admin!

I don't know if you know this or not but, sometimes jheberg doesn't redirect perfectly to mega (you'll go to a 404 page rather than going to the mega link). If those situations arise I can provide a mega link (seems easier than implementing a monitor on that page followed up by attaching it to the drop down menu). Just if I don't see it can somebody point it out for me?

mega accounts has 50gb limit if i am right
so you will need to keep creating another account every ~12 hour or few days
depending on how fast space is used up.
not sure. this might help creating new accounts quickly http://10minutemail.com

Yeah, to have an mega link you need both accounts. :S
Gmail is handy for it, since [email protected] works for it (where something can be anything - it all goes to [email protected] -- You probably already knew this though).

Another website that I know that you can upload to mega is mirrorupload.net but for that you need to create an account, change file hosts and then add your mega account. I tried it without adding an mega acount: http://www.mirrorupload.net/file/EL0AT...[720p].mkv says it's uploading to mega, but later it's  just be removed from the list.

Google came up with multi-up.net but that site seems bad. tried with http://www.multi-up.net/d/TAPEGATAV (79 MB) and http://www.multi-up.net/d/FAMICEDEV (100KB) both done without accounts, but that wont even upload (it finished but took way longer than necessary).

I don't think you'll be able to upload to any site anonymously.  >_<

In regards to Mega, may I ask whether you're putting in your own account into Jheberg?
It seems that Jheberg requires a Mega account to upload there, that is it can't upload anonymously.
This also means that you'd need a Jheberg account too.

I tend to skip 1080P files, batches, and some other miscellaneous stuff.
I already spend a lot of time on here and cant really bring myself to do more (I need time to watch anime too!)

For any file I miss - if it has a valid up2box link, I can easily upload it to my selected hosts.
