Their severs are under very heavy strain, they could of disabled downloads until their severs can mange the traffic. Earlier in the day I tried uping an image and it wouldn't even start >_> Give it a couple of days (hopefully) and the congestion should go down.
Don't worry about the "beta" stage as it could have that label for a long time (this site is in beta too!) They have a list of functions and stuff that they want to implement, so I'm guessing it will leave beta stage once they finish all those tasks.
I'm generally not a fan of being the first to try new stuff. Often there'll be plenty of guinea pigs willing to do that :P There's a lot of hype surrounding it, primarily because it's related to MegaUpload. But it doesn't necessarily mean it'll turn out well. So basically, depends on how well it turns out.
The 50GB per account storage limit is perhaps bothersome, since we easily burn that in one day. The other thing is the claimed encryption - this seems to suggest that it doesn't use a standard HTTP upload process (what the script is designed for) and may require a fair bit of work to automate. Tibb's point about their de-duplication is an interesting one however. I'm curious as to how they detect duplicate data when everything they get is encrypted.
I heard that they would be launching soon, didn't know it was today :3 I'm going to check it out, thank you. I know back in the day the bot uploaded to megaupload, and I'm sure admin is going to check it out.
When I was reading the TOS and other stuff: + when your downloading/uploading and you have an network interruption it will automatically resume (for 48hrs). + no file size limitation (free account has 50 GB for storage, unsure about anon) + data transfers (upload/download) are encrypted (and you have the encryption key) - they may automatically delete a piece of data you upload or give someone else access to where it determines that that data is an exact duplicate of original data already on their service. In that case, you will access that original data. - You may not use, export, re-export, import, or transfer any software or code suplied as part of your use of the website or their services including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, nuclear, chemical or biological weapons. (lol)
Here is the main issue with the ass subtitles. http://sharemobile.ro/data/share/Scree...ot_004.png but thanks to the site that you recommended me, i'm not going to see those annoying numbers again. Cheers!
@cotopian: what do you mean by "they always have some numbers at the start of every sentence when i hardsub anime episodes"? If its Encoder causing that issue you should try out MeGui http://sourceforge.net/projects/megui/
@admin It does but they always have some numbers at the start of every sentence when i hardsub anime episodes. That's why i need srt instead. And yes, your site looks pretty good on the small screen. Can't say that about download hosts, but that's no problem because i always use a premium link generator. @dark thanks dude, i really appreciate your help. I'll take a look at those sites. I hope this solves my prob :D
Does your phone not support subtitles in ASS format? I know of some Android players which (somewhat) support the format. I'm not sure of your specific circumstance though.
Out of interest - are you really able to use this website off a phone? I didn't think download hosts were that phone friendly.
Actually, yes. I'm using a mobile phone and there are not sub converters apps availables. There was this site which could convert subtitles very easily but it ceased to exist at the beginning of this year. So i think it might be possible to add a simple feature like that to your site with the right script, but of course, that is up to you...
Well, I use the ddl found here for the shows and then I upload them to peeje via remotely. and yeah, I do it by hand. It takes awhile sometimes :S Usually I use the multiupload direct links which has a CAPTCHA, most of my effort is there. I'm just glad to be helping out (I would donate but I don't think admin-san wants my money :P)
As Tibb says, basically the server is getting a lot of upload failures. We are still uploading trying to PeejeShare. I've just adjusted some parameters which may help. Let's see if this happens.
Tibb, you've uploaded a number of files to PS, are you having any issues?
I'm not sure what your question specifically is.... As soon as One Piece is released on nyaa / tokyotosho, the server will automatically fetch and download it, then upload it to various file hosts. (as long as it is within the server parameters that is).
It is well known that peejeshare is terrible for uploading and results in incomplete transfers. I don't know the specific rules that admin uses, but the server may attempt to reupload to peeje, where it could either complete or fail again. If you want to help make the uploading more successful, the best option I believe is to contact peejeshare, or support their website by viewing (and clicking) ads so eventually they will (hopefully) upgrade their servers to avoid those pestering connection drops / resets.
If peejeshare was to be dropped, you'll find it in the "latest updates" section at the top.
hi paradon me but why did you not anymore upload on peejeshare???

That's great to hear! You're definitely welcome to provide links by posting comments to the page where the file sits. In fact, you might see some people already doing this!
Currently the script doesn't fetch those bits of information unfortunately. "Authorized" is a bit of a tricky one because that seems to be mostly a TT scheme. Also, there could be slight confusion if an entry is "authorized" at one site but not on the other.
Perhaps eventually it may get added, but for now, you're stuck with having to click through. Of course, this isn't a problem for one so superbly anonymous right?
What about the people like me who use the site and have accounts on some sites like hotfile or zippyshare we could upload dead links or help keep links ALIVE and make the site better for everyone .
Should be a welcome update for many, thanks for the info. Not too sure why it's considered 'big' - maybe a lot of underlying changes? I suppose removing ffdshow is quite something though.
