Well I have well over 100tb of local storage, all bought on sale. I have a seedbox with 1.5tb that costs me about $20 USD per month plus it gives me a VPN for free.

Obviously this doesn't work for literally every media player on every platform ever, but it works for all the commonly used ones. A lot of players also understand multiple extensions, i.e.:

Anyone who's made the "storage space" argument: do you actually know how much it costs/doesn't cost?
