Public sources are very scarce. The best source we can use appears to be S3rNx. For the latest subtitles, neoHEVC seems to be the most comprehensive package. Assuming the S3rNx source pans out, the value proposition of a new release with the same subtitles and audio as neoHEVC is quite low. There's no point in trying to match/exceed the quality of neoHEVC's release which used better sources we can't reach. The most we can offer is an attempt to make the smallest release possible targeting ~80 SSIMULACRA2. Given the lack of good sources, it'll be without using SWAN.

No promises though, we have a lot of things in the queue like redoing Yuru Camp.

OceanVeil are the licensors for this show in English, and this release has been obtained via their service.  At the moment everything they release is hard-subbed (though they claim they are working on offering soft-subbed releases).

Soft-subbed releases of this show will be muxed video from "elsewhere" (eg AT-x) with OCR'd subs from the OV source.

I've no particular comment on the release group other than they tend to offer ComicFesta shows on the H Cat Site and that apparently OceanVeil are one of the more expensive streaming providers by episode.

I’m sure you’ll just get offended and resort to ad hominem again, but it’s still riddled with issues. You did however fix the ghosting/interlacing issue, so good work there.
Beyond that fix though, the video is full of banding and blocking (https://i.imgur.com/eW7jt0Q.png), the subtitles suffer from frame bleeds (https://i.imgur.com/mT2bdDQ.jpeg), the typesetting renders incorrectly(https://i.imgur.com/rsddA3l.jpeg) (the gray border isn’t meant to be there), spelling mistakes and missing fonts aren’t fixed (https://imgur.com/0dQmCto), motion tracking is jittery, and so on (https://imgur.com/akwqjCr).

Most of the subtitle issues would be fixed by using ass subtitles instead of converting them to PGS (I noticed you still didn’t attribute them to a source, but at least there’s less of an implication you made them or ripped them yourself), but re the video, frankly I don’t even know what you’re trying to do. It’s like you shoved it in handbrake on veryfast or something.

Anyway, since you requested facts, I’m sure the above links will be very useful for you, and you definitely won’t just disregard everything I said and attack me again.
