It's the best we've got so far. The only other subs are Crunchyroll rips.

CR has plenty of shows with stiff subtitles, like Shikanoko and Ave Mujica. Usually it's because the studios provide their own (inferior) TLs that Crunchyroll is required to use for licensing reasons. If you ever also see shows with no typesetting and just simple text-only for signs, that is also another indicator of this.

CR does have a history of outsourcing translations occasionally
