The subtitles aren't even in SRT format, it's ASS. This guy is talking out of his ASScheeks 😂

"They rarely work" is an overstatement. I watch Yameii releases all the time and 95% of the time their subtitles are fine. The only times they're messed up is either if Crunchyroll screws up, like in this situation, or if they're auto-generated by whatever system they're using to download these episodes.
Fetch please
Bit starved grain, banding, blocking, ringing, haloing, aliasing, blurring and ghosting. All of these are artifacts that can be seen in motion. I understand your point but I think it mainly applies to detail loss rather than everything else.
You're unusually butthurt about someone else not agreeing with you. The existence of the SeaDex does not invalidate your choices and does not force you to anything. Yet you're yapping about how they're clowns and how it's a waste of time to use a search bar. I just happen to agree with their view on quality, while you don't, and that's fine!!! You're more than encouraged to make your own choices and even make your own releases.
That's the point! There is a big difference from a stationary screenshot and frames moving at 24 FPS. If you are at the point where you have to scrutinize frame shots hunting for a very minor difference you are wasting your life away.
You won't see it when the show is actually running.
I've seen plenty of judgements of screenshots where you can't really see any difference unless someone points out lets say the corner of a suitcase in the background. At roughly 24FPS I doubt your eyes would even be focused on that since your attention is elsewhere.
Also while one release may have a better visual in one part of the screenshot another may have a visual in another part.
Like I said if the show is running are you really going to notice the differences? I doubt it.
I am not going to waste my time going through SeaDix or any other site looking for some clown's opinion. They are either watchable or they aren't. If you are so anal that you must have a copy that you consider perfect by the screenshots but couldn't tell the difference doing an A/B comparison of the running show I can't help you.
No thanks. I also would rather not use up my bandwidth and time waiting for a 100 GB torrent to download. A 5-10 GB encode that looks indistinguishable is the no-brainer option here.
If that's how you see it then carry on! Nobody is forcing you to use the SeaDex. At times I also just get something that isn't on the sheet for the sake of convenience. Everyone has their preferences and the SeaDex just happens to align with mine, but if that's not the case for you that's also fine! You're free to do whatever you want in this world! Grab a mini encode, watch and enjoy the show!
With this, the main show (3 seasons) and the specials are out, would be nice if all 3 versions were let through.
Unless the screenshots are night and day difference without having to scrutinize and spend time looking for the differences you won't notice any difference when the show is actually running.
How can this shit have more definition then other BDs.
That's what most people here do. And usually not on big screens without a Hi-Fi system.
Submitting one would be interacting with a bunch of clowns.
I suppose when you vote, if you are old enough, you take other people's word without personally checking things out for yourself then forming a judgement.
How am I supposed to know if they're not just on a hate campaign against SeaDex?
And just are you to be asking the anon to identify himself?
I can't blame him if he doesn't seeing the cancel culture crowd around that loves to harass people they don't agree with.
I don't care if people are driven away, just look at the sheet, the comparisons and submit one if there's none. Nobody is forcing you to interact with the community.
Loving this show, so peak fr
FLAC is the main audio. Opus is just an option. What's fake is your comment.
I hope that this group will also do the other Umayuru series.
Piss off. The first audio track is FLAC, it doesn't say that both tracks are.

Sorry, I'm not him. I haven't put out a release in around 5 years now. All my releases were smaller than source size and no AV1 or opus audio.
well theres only one person i can think of that is obsessed with trolls on their releases... hi luxury
I didn't mean to insult people who have to watch their storage space (I use to be that way and crappy bandwidth back then). I used to be an encoder/releaser who you may have seen some of my stuff if you have been here for several years. That's why I have a fair amount of storage. I won't mention my tag because of all the trolls about.
I don't waste my time there so I couldn't care less. It's a bunch of cry babies that think they are the Gods of anime.
Ok? You are part of an EXTREMELY small minority of people who even care about, and can even afford that kind of space. Devoting 100 GB to a SINGLE show is something that 99% of people understandably do not want to/can not do.
It isn't, I have well above 120TB storage (a lot of BDMVs) and will just add more when needed.
They are a joke. I'm a retired encoder and was banned for politely disagreeing with some of their comments/opinions (they couldn't refute my points). They act like they are a bunch of kids who know better than the adults.
Just because it's open source doesn't mean that the owners of the site are going to gladly change their interface for one person.
Ah yes, simply get a 100 GB release for a 12-episode show! And do the same thing for 200 shows, it's just 20TB, no big deal!
The SeaDex discord server is incredibly toxic lmfao, its not surprising not many people want to help out with it. You ask literally any question or give off the vibe that you aren't a complete expert on video quality and the anime encoding scene and you get hit with 30 joy reacts and you get memed on.

Also you guys literally cannot go 2 seconds without using the word "rape". You guys have a load of issues you need to work on with your community. Don't act so surprised that people get driven away from there.
Yes I'm aware that text editors and dedicated sub editors are easier. Worked with binary more back in the day so that usually comes to mind first so usually mention hex. Both options work.
You always criticize others but never smart enough to actually help anyone.

Since you have low intelligence and poor comprehension skills and can only understand part of a statement and not an entire statement......

1) I said "they rarely work" meaning that doesn't mean not ever. and later said sometimes signs work Anyone reading that would should be able to comprehend there is an srt that sometimes works.
2) "I said I haven't really looked into it" I didn't say look at the page as all you understood. Looked into it to most people means diagnose to see whats up. Since you cant understand that I meant I haven't used a hex editor to check out the contents of the srt to see whats up. I could edit them and probably get them working but I see it as pointless. I doubt you could. I almost never use subs on a dub and if you need them for a few signs its as simple as getting them from a subbed release so what is the point in messing with them.
3) Well on learning from someone telling you the subs came from Crunchyroll. Here`s a pat on the back for you. I don't care and never will care who made the subs or if Toonshub uses the same subs. I t least offered an answer. I didn't just say Toonshub I also said "or at least the subs from another release." which meant also elsewhere
4) I shouldn't pick on those with low intelligence. You should get a personal tutor to help you out.
Please let this pass, it's the only dual audio version available. Great old series only released on DVD so this is the best resolution available.

This guy is an idiot, the subs are broken on ToonsHub and VARYG's releases as well. This is a CR issue. You can clearly see on the subtitle track that it says "Official" meaning this was grabbed directly from CR.
can you please fetch this? i really need this movie
