yes they are from BD but they are still shitty upscales, this anime was never mastered in HD in the first place, still this is the best quality you can get for this series

From BD. In Japan, they released a TLR BD box. Final8 did these from the BDMVs I believe.

Are these actual blu-ray or are all of these episodes upscaled?

They were updated has the looks from his post and like it won't take long to download those first six episodes using Fichier like the other anon said.

Note item #5 NCED01-04, 1800p  (that is, 3200 x 1800p in Hi444PP).  I believe it's all 4 NCED tank teams in a 2 X 2 simultaneous side by side.  But my system chokes on it.
