I take it the 2nd audio is for commentary?

Any "lip-flap" problems (my new favorite word of the week) is being blamed on poor production/scripting so would be the same for all encodes, including Raizel.  

I watched Raizel ep1 and part of CBM ep1.  I didn't think either was much different than most other dubs.  But the idea of creating a good translation that fits the cadence of preformed "lip-flaps" I think is very tough.  So I try to not focus much on lip-sync issues.  

btw, Hopefully people realize that Raizel's version uses a 20% more efficient video encode and puts it in a 30% bigger container, so as you might expect it's a bit nicer to watch, if you have the hardware.  And chapters.   And FFF subs.  I'm unclear on if CBM is using R1 subs, but  I'm downloading it also on that assumption.

The company really screwed up and ended up releasing the censored Japanese TV version for the US home video release, so they are now in the process of sending out replacements. These episodes may be the only ones that didn't have censored nudity or gore in it, so the guy just posted these.

HS will release Episode 11 some time in the near future, but it isn't high on the priority list because it was a recap.

Okay here's the thing, episode 6 and 11 were a recap and HorribleSubs didn't release episode 11. And this is the "official" number out of 26.

Oh wait, I just checked AniDB and it looks like Commie just dropped episode 6 & 11 and is renumbering episodes based on that. Now I get it, wippy!

According to Commie, Horrible is using Base8 numbering: 1 x 8 plus 3 x 1.
