Apparently the host had some hardware failure, which took them longer to fix than they expected (or rather, a lot longer).

BD: Yes.  This listing contains menus and volumes, which are BD materials only, not broadcast.  And he only does BD so far as I know.  And the audio is FLAC.

But it would be nice to have that "BD" in the file name --Along with the resolution (720p) for convenience.  But he's a busy guy.

Here's what coldhelll included in the release notes for this specific torrent:

"-UTW dialogue main sub track, second sub track Nyan/EveTaku dialogue (no styles modified) Signs - UTW for both tracks (EveTaku on few signs where they are better than UTW)

1080p release will contain all 9 CDs (1,13 GB FLAC @lvl8 ) + All 9vols scans (form u2raw 1,46 GB jpg q12) and all commentary tracks (1,05 GB episodes 1,3,4,7,11,14,16,17,20,22,24) that is why I won't include them in the 720p

only the utw's track in the opening is re-timed with 0.35ms, I can't find anything else that requires fixes

Clicking both of them initiated the download for me. Are you using a DL manager like Jdownloader or mipony or something? Or are you just using your browser?

Problem may lie with sharebeast because sometimes I get throttled to hell and get 20 kbps from them now.
Although this would mean restarting the DL from scratch, have you tried using the two MEGA links in Jheberg?
