I DL'd this just fine from uploaded.to.

You said "unpack", so I'm guessing you tried anonfiles? Admin has made a post regarding it. https://animetosho.torrentbay.st/about/anonfiles

Note:
This file is not 1080p though, HS 1080/720 for this episode is 720p.

Yeah something is definitely wrong with the search, I just searched Chihayafuru and get no results after episode 12 on 30/03/2013, yet if i go to the Chihayafuru series page it has results from to episode 25 on 30/06/2013  :/

Hey, I try searching by fansub name (e.g. "C*mmie or Horr*ble) but that just takes me to the old one (e.g. Saka*ichi Apollon or old episodes of Fair* Tail)... :(

Otherwise, try deadfish's web site, or wait for something to come thru again.  AT creates links but doesn't keep any files.  And not many other dl archives around anymore.  Even Chauth has seemed half dead for a while.
