I think that was a different service.  Anyways, choices:
1. anon, live with 7z: super fastest service, some corruption issues (up to 3MB/sec for me)
2. sendspace; live with 7z: super fast service (up to 3MB/sec for me); per hour download limit of 300MB (ouch!)
3. fichier: no 7z, 600k/sec service, live with lower case letters
4. ?

It's more of anonfiles doesn't support mkv files, but I'm not sure about now since this was said a few months ago.

The 7z isn't to compress for space, it's to hide the actual contents from roaming bots looking to kill download links.  Try EmbeddedUpload/Fichier for non 7z.  (Look for a British or American Flag to change the Fichier language to English)

As of now, AT is auto-skipping this due to size rules.  AT is a current release site, rather than an archive.  However, Tibb, Yogicaor or others may add links.  Also AnimeNow has dll links for this at their website which is listed above or:

Delightfully complex, just the way I like it:
1. The biggest file is the OVA that came with the game.  Part of S2 (Ao).  It has BD sup subs and ass fansubs (aru-I forget) in the mkv.  It also includes the sup subs extracted to an external srt for those who don't know what'sup (harhar).
2. Next biggest is live action cast discussion -no subs.
3. Next is ep51, a follow-up to the end of S1 which was ep50
4. "The Day After" is small so much be a Special.

Yeah I know I just had to say that it's not impossible there are ways around it.

Just leave it be, everytime there is a release with orderd chapters or 10bit he will comment in the most stupid ways. It seems that he either is that stupid or a Troll.

It's not impossible to get the subs even tho it's ordered chapters there are programs out there you can use to put the ordered chapters back together some are easier then others to use.

Wish there was some way to get just the subs, but with ordered chapters, that's next to impossible.
