At present, this is the only version listed on Nyaa. It's by the same person/group that did Danball Senki W last season, which was also hardsub mp4. I don't know why he/they prefer that format. Another group might step in, or you might have to wait for BD releases for softsubs.

The only thing I don't like about 10bit videos is having to convert them to 8bit. With 10bit 720p episodes, they take about 45min-almost an hour. 10bit movies take longer than that. 10bit 1080p I don't even bother with. Unless they're extras for a series or movie.
