Although there is the low quality version of the episode 21, and the episode 21 of the 720p version was looked for here and there,it was not found in Zero-Raws,either.
In addition, the homepage here(↓D.S.W ep01-41) did not open.

Yeah, based on the color banding I saw in the videos on CR, I'm fairly certain it's 8bit.

Also, Commie encodes only Hi10P format, which generally allows about a 20% reduction in file size while retaining the same video quality compared to a 8-bit encode which is all that Horrible, and I assume CR, does.  It's a trade-off between CPU load and file size which some appreciate and some don't like.

Commie and other fansubs encode using CRF, I believe. HS rips are at a constant file size give or take 10-15mb or so. Crunchyroll vids are all generally the same for 480, 720, and 1080 because that's the source they get from the peeps in Japan, I'm guessing. Their vids aren't encoded using CRF.

It wasn't a block, just an outage or a test.  It was out worldwide for a while according to a site that tests/tracks such things, now it's back, although slow to show up as an option here as has been the case lately.  But I don't expect any of these download services to survive in the long run, so I'm not surprised when they're gone and happy while they're still available.  (Easy targets, no business model that can work.)

When I say a "test", what was disturbing was a diagnostic I was getting for a while that said PeejeShare was being blocked as an illegal DSN address, after which it just showed up as 404 notices.  It sounded like what some US legislation last year was proposing.  I that isn't in the works again.

A little name confusion.  According to someone on Nyaa chat, "Horriblesubs 20 is actually 19.5, blame CR for the name."  Looking at the page info above, the file name says 21 but the series title says 20.

Commie calls this ep 20, I think.

Yeah, because of copyright infringement. Files on Chau is hosted on THEIR servers so it's a pretty high risk for them. They have to remove licensed stuff or they could get into some serious legal trouble. Use a different site.

I open the Chauthanh link and it said, "Removed due to licensed".

PeejeShare was missing/slow for a while, now they appear to be back.  I haven't seen any particular reason.  The most popular news item at TorrentFreak News (where such news sometimes shows up)  was, "Police Raid 9-Year-Old Pirate Bay Girl, Confiscate Winnie The Pooh Laptop".

If the file were corrupted completely, you wouldn't see screenshots. Also, I watched this file, and it was fine. From start to end, no glitch or anything like that. HS rips seem to have changed in size recently. The files seem a bit smaller. Same quality though.

Torrents are downloaded here, uploaded to download services for links, then deleted.  Maybe someone can fix you up with something, but the AT site doesn't have the file anymore.

Bleach links that last a week are doing pretty good.  This posting was 5 months ago.

no clue.. but it at least works.. rapidshare / sendfile or whatever deletes them almost automatically now.
