It was in our archive but looked to just be a dull preview for an unknown series so I never looked at it.  Tit's --er, I mean "It's" short, butt --er, I mean "but" tit's --er, I mean "it's" a lot of fun.

hey admin, peejeshare's file delete seems to be random but they delete some file too quick.
I saw your announcement on encrypting files but rather than some files why not try encrypting files on peejeshare like MF.
Minus seems free with no resume but i have a bad connection so i can only rely on peejeshare since there is no more MF.

Doki released ep6 at 1:36am Sunday.  Doki is TT only (lifetime ban from Nyaa) and TT has been spotty.  Might be slow to show.  Might be very very slow to show.

I think that link will get you there.  It's AniDB.net article on this show in a discussion under the heading "when is next ova?  Note the dates of the comments, as some were about whether this second ova would be made.

I think the time delay is due to a low quality release initially (320p?), followed by the eventual dvd.

First I've heard of it.  Are you sure it's not a manga cross-over?  Ep8 of an anime is way early for cross-overs.  Since Hagure uses "gates" to travel to other worlds, I can see how they could land in QB, or most anywhere else.  

No OVA's mentioned in AniDB yet.  However they list first BD release Sept 26.

You can see the video problem in some of the preview pictures above.  A note at Horrible says the problem is at CR and out of his control.  Until/unless they fix it, he can't do much, he says.  Horrible has more of a record of moving on than fixing things, so you might want to consider an alternate source for this episode.

Unless it takes off like, say, Naruto (250 episodes?)  Bleach (320 episodes?) or One Piece (560 episodes?)

well, even for commie, this ep takes about 480MB. so, for me, this size is good enough for UTW.

UTW, Commie and WhatStory are all hi10p, but with slight differences in settings that mostly affects textures and backgrounds.  Commie went for the less detail, smaller file size settings and decided "good enough".  It's up to you to decide if it looks good enough to you, or whether you can even see any differences between these three versions visually.  But the differences between the biggest and the smallest versions is only about 100MB, which is only about a 20% difference.  Not a lot to get worked up over.

That being said, from a brief review I would say Commie's does look good enough.

The big difference between these three however is which script gives you the best story.  One group's version could be funny and insightful while another group's version of the same scenes could be dull or confusing.  Watching a little of each version can often show such differences.

maybe the way it is encoded is wrong? like gg releases always so big in size... mybe it have the same cases here?

It's a re-processing of Horrible's release to a minimum file size and a format that some may prefer.  If the name "Karma" is appropriate, the small file sizes means he has a very small penis.
