The upload server appears to not be working at the moment.  The 480p and 720p versions were released shortly after this 1080p one.  When the server starts updating the AT homepage again, they should show up.

There are additional factors to bear in mind:
1. We are only interested in free services.  The limits/restrictions for free accounts and paid accounts vary greatly
2. Aside from capacity, there can be other differences in accounts, such as administrative ones -what tools and or automatic processes a free versus paid account can use.  This might be the problem with RS, as they specifically note such administrative restrictions.  
3.  RS isn't worth researching because in many parts of the world it sucks, with 0 - 50k transfers taking hours.
4. If people want it, they should ask admin for it.  The point of my previous note was that the process is automated, so don't wait around for new links.  If it didn't happen with RS, you'll need to leave admin a note asking for a change on the link above the About/FAQ.  But since torrents are auto downloaded, linked, then erased, it will probably be too late for this title.

Note: I couldn't find the 1.5 - 2GB limit at RS you mention.  They advertise no upload limits, even on free accounts.  The limits they impose instead are on administrative tools, download speeds, advertising, etc.

RS allows 1.5-2gb rars to upload ,so that logic doesn't apply to his request.Mediafire is just about the only host around who limits the files to 200mbs .Also the admin decides which hosts the script will auto-post the links [not the bot]too and is only adding jumbofiles for some unknown reason.

I downloaded from MediaFire and joined the two with 7zip and played the episode in Media Player Classic just now.  No problems.

1. If what you've been doing up until now works, then something perhaps got randomly goofed up.  Try downloading again.  There's nothing wrong with what's stored at MediaFire.
2. Otherwise, get the latest version of 7zip from downloads.cnet.com  After installing, open the 7zip manager, navigate to the two files, highlight them, right-click the mouse and choose 7zip Extract Here.  It will join and extract simultaneously.

Different services have different file size limits, making some large files impractical.  For example, using MediaFire on this example would take more than 20 parts.  The bot generates what works, in this case, JumboFiles.

Check the hash of the file and compare it with the one stored here. If it matches, there's something messed up with your playback configuration. If it doesn't, the file is corrupt.

I do have a serious point: Admin provides this service for all of us just because he's a great guy.  He pays for the server and everything else himself and doesn't ask for a thing from us.  And now I read notes scolding him for a missing episode and offering to forgive him??!!

As for Mr. Mock: Do you know how things work here?  What good does it do to bug the folks at Doremi?  In order to get here at AT, it has to be a torrent listed at TT as anime, which this episode was on July 3rd, both for the mkv and the avi.  And both torrents are active with seeders and leechers.  Did you ask Doremi to re-issue the TT torrents?  I'm surprised if they would, since it would create confusing multiple entries.

There's nothing obvious I can see as to why this episode didn't make it here.  If you're helping admin make it happen, or if you're preparing to provide your own links, that's great.  But if you were the one offering to "forgive" Admin!!!!!
