AnimeTosho downloads torrents and uploads the file to download services.  It doesn't archive anything, so when the links are gone, the end.  Your best options:
1. Click on the "Website" link and see what download options the fansub group might still have for this episode.
2. Look for an archive site that has this series (There aren't many left since MU died).
3. Attempt to download the torrent yourself, if you have software and knowledge and if there are still any seeders.  NOTE: There are many things to know about using torrents, technically and otherwise, depending on where you live.  Torrents are a very not-private way of downloading something.

We have some super-fans who might help you out, like Toddler_Naruto, above.  His avi link is still alive, so grab this for now and replace with mkv when the opportunity comes?

542 was a cross over between toriko and one piece, so Yibis thoguht it wasn't worth subbing. episode 542 is pretty shitty though it's just a filler.

ohys has been releasing current episodes of Zombie of the Dead, but with hardsubbed Korean subtitles.   No English.  I'm guessing this OAD was released as a Korean dub in Korea, hence no subs at all.  TT tries to classify anime into English and Non-English translated, but this groups releases have been misclassified for some reason.

But now that a DVD track is available of this OAD, watch for a fansub release of it soon.

just use jdownloader. it will automatically merge the file.

There doesn't appear to be a subtitle stream in the file, so I'd say the latter.

Mazui subs, reprocessed by unknown.  (For purposes unknown, frankly.  A 480p hi10P mkv suits their needs, apparently, better than Mazui's 720p hi10p mkv or 480p 8-bit mp4.)

Playback:
1. the mkv file is video and Japanese audio only
2. the srt file is English Subtitles
If they are both in the same folder, your video software should add the srt subtitle file when you click on an mkv file with exactly the same prefix name.
3. the Demonoid.me.txt files are informational only, not necessary for playback with the players I'm familiar with.

If the problem repeats for you on other files, javascript on your machine is the first thing to look at.  Update, repair, or try a different browser.
