And on that note, I think I found something discriminating against Android torrenting apps on Google pay store. I downloaded like 15 of them and most of them have switched off "Seed after download OFF" in the advanced setting menu including the world's most downloaded android downloading app, and most common leecher wouldn't bother to check those blocks of settings, such that the reason why most torrents have hundreds or thousands of completed ownloads but seeders is almost non-existent (sometimes 2/3 seeders). I think these Android developers are too be blame right? Correct me if I'm wrong.
P. S I'm an Android user myself.

On that note, it's worth mentioning the subtitle tracks are flagged wrong. The full dialog subs are marked as Japanese language, instead of English-Default.

matroska spec dictates all languages have a default, so it's not an either or... it's both, even if the muxer fails to tag it as such proper players abiding the spec will automatically assume both have the default flag set to yes. Because default does not mean that it plays that track by default. The default flag simply tells the player that the track is eligible for automatic selection based on your language preference set. So what track plays for you is fully dependent on you configuring your player for your preference.

Is the default audio japanese or english?

If VLC has an issue playing a subtitle or audio track, what should you do? Blame the av1 encoder! lol

"Professionally done" means a person was paid to do produce some good or service. It does not always mean it was expertly done - at least that's what we presume you meant to say. Even then, you're being unfair and obtuse to HEVC and AV1 encoders alike: Playstation says the PSP can play at best AVC/H264/MPEG-4 video and AAC audio. That means that most if not all of the modern mini-encodes are not officially supported on a PSP. Stop spreading misinformation.

Again, if you have an issue with the 3 groups mentioned then that's your prerogative, but don't punish other users because of your personal vendetta.
