Thank you for reporting the issues and apologies for the inconvenience. We looked into S01E12 and it appears the source had a decode issue at 13:52 which resulted in a 3 second chunk/scene from being omitted, hence the visual/audio desync. We redownloaded just in case and did a quick test on a lossless intermediary to avoid the decode error and have seemingly fixed that problematic portion in the source. We suspect S02E08 suffers from a similar issue and will be applying the same process to fix it. We'll need to re-encode both videos at the very least so no quick fix unfortunately.

We'll do a quick check on other episodes besides those 2 and barring any other issues we'll have a Mk.II release soon.

Wikipedia is a good resource.  MKV are container files with video, audio and subs files.  If you want to play them, play the mkv with a player like k-lite.  If you have something else in mind, you'll need to learn how to extract subs and edit them from the mkv.

If you click on each file here that contains the mediainfo and you find only Code Geass Fukkatsu no Lelouch is dual audio.

Alternatively the torrent description has the line "Unfortunately only Fukkatsu no Lelouch has dual audio. Because Recaps haven’t been dubbed yet."
