Sorry I'm more familiar with the German/Books and not even Vertical in their localization spree managed to get to "Polarsnake Shrine", because it's not an alternative terminology and just rather obviously wrong. Like you don't even need to understand Japanese to see that, if you aren't stupid you can get as much from the anime.

They are not just mistakes, that guy is rewriting stuff, actively reworking the script because he thinks he is a better author than Nisio/Shaft.

S01E02 and S01E03 are swapped, though this can be fixed with a rename (relocation).
And if one starts fixing filenames, there is "To Love Ru Darkness - S03E09" with no dash which sorts out of order, some extras with a double space and one scan without zero in number - "Extra\Scans\Darkness\BD2\特製ブックレット\ブックレット 3 [071440D3].jpg", all fixable by relocation on the client.

There are two (2) sets of terminology for the whole series, MTBB (sourced from Commie) and the official translation.

If you're saying "something seemingly no other translation ever managed too," that means you literally have only looked at one translation. Do some research.

It's really sad that you have to rely so much on that "Meme" instead of just getting to the point.

I trust MTBB and Vale (the translator working with MTBB for monogatari) way more than random people on the internet that have no qualifications for judging translation quality

If you feel like you can improve upon the "mistranslations" and "mistakes" of an experienced translator, please feel free to do so. Having better subtitles for monogatari series is a win-win for everyone

There isn't much else to do with this besides fixing the Forced flagging on the sub tracks and actually editing the subs for minor things that shouldn't be displaying on-screen (which would require reviewing all the files). The audio, video, and timing should be all correct now.
