Episode 4: no corruption at any of the timestamps mentioned
Episode 7: the audio and subtitle tracks are correct
Episode 8: video shows correctly as 24:05
Episode 13: this series is 12 episodes, there is no episode 13

Looks like the video portion is a bit larger than a direct rip from the source because of the encode settings and or filters they are using.

Even in this day and age some people have slow speed and or bandwidth caps. Also they may be downloading to a phone which usually means even worse bandwidth caps and smaller storage space.
