Viz media releases the dubs when they release their dual audio dvds. There are no later dubs than this currently. You will be waiting 4 or 5 months for episode 274 to release (going by currently batch release times).

If you want to keep up with things I suggest you save this page and check it every 3 to 5 months for the latest info. Whenever a Viz intends to release a new batch you will find a new dvd page listed here a few weeks before the release date.

There are no complaints on Nyaa.  Perhaps try another media player, like K-Lite or mpv?  Look up media players info in Wikipedia.  Could be hardware too.

Hardsub is a small price to pay for an early release. If your keeping a personal archive just get the mkv when the usual teams do their releases next week.
