The E5 is badly damaged after the battle at Sakurajima and may require weeks to repair. Commander Izumi takes vacation, leaving Honjo in charge – much to his horror. When Futaba asks Honjo out on their day off, could romance be in the future for them? Meanwhile, Suzaku uses her powers to disguise Seiryu as a human so that he can examine human culture firsthand. What will happen when he comes face to face with his sworn enemy, Hayato?

Note:
There’s a line in there that Azusa drops about “cup ramen” when Hayato points out the red one is Komachi and the green one is Hayabusa. This is a reference to a popular series of commercials by Maruchan for cup ramen. "Red is Kitsune Udon and green is Tanuki Soba."
