[WBDP] Selection Project [BD][1080p-FLAC]

Definitive 1080p release

Batch edit of Setsugen and CR subs :

• retimed to BD / tweaked/improved timing
• TS changes consistency throughout all episodes (dialogue, episode titles, etc.)
• TL changes for consistency
• redid all IN songs with KFX (especially important for e13)
• added missing ED to e03
• added OP/ED to all episodes
• misc edits

NC OP/EDs are subbed, no ordered-chapters used
