This is my ghost in the shell stand alone complex. All subtitles were resampled, I gave a quick check to make sure the subtitles were sync’d.
The English audio is from CTR, I don’t full trust the sync, but if there are issues I’ll patch it/v2 it.
I do not have a seedbox, so uploading may be a bit slow.

If someone would like to test the English audio sync and report the ahead/behind in ms if they can. I’ve replaced the English audio with MiraiAnime’s V2 English audio.

I assume you pulled the audio for 1st GIG from CTR and 2nd GIG from Beatrice? VCB split the Tachikoma Days shorts so the English audio for those are missing here.
The start frames are also slightly different so the audio is inherently ever so slightly out of sync, and just from downloading two random episodes the default flags for the audio haven’t been set consistently.

@Weebly9 balls, that i did, guess it’s v2 time once i find a ENG release with tachikoma days in it. MiraiAnime’s release might be a good grab for this ( my check of episode 1 is good)

Seems like it. The starting frames seem to match between that and Beatrice for the first few episodes at least.
SAC is one of those releases where all the episodes are stored in one big file, so the method used to split them up results in different start frames.

Season 1 V2 test Should fix the audio sync I hope, also should fix any audio tagging screwery that I also messed up. As of this comment I just started uploading it. (ordering isn’t changed, will change with any other sync fixes, people report, I ain’t great at syncing audio myself.)

Yes, ideally you would fix any audio tagging and audio/subtitle ordering issues. The subtitle ordering should be the same as the audio ordering.
If you’re defaulting to Japanese audio, the JP audio should be first in the audio order and the Full Subtitle track should be both the default track and the first in the subtitle order, followed by Signs/Songs. Based on how you had things set up before I would do JP 2.0 (Default), JP 5.1, EN 5.1 in that order for audio, then Full Subtitles [Mirai], Signs/Songs [Mirai], Full Subtitles [OZC] etc.
