(NSSB) Slayers

I do plan on doing seasons 2 and 3 don’t worry it’ll take a bit to get done though, but I am willing to make a release for those 2 seasons next as I already have the footage to do, so I am just working on the subs and trying to correct any mistakes with the subs I have as I’ve done for this upload.

IDK I thought I did a pretty good job with syncing the subs. the only reason why I did not just rip the subs directly from the DVD’s I own is simply because I could not figure out how to rip the Japanese Angle the Funimation DVD release for Slayer’s—for whatever reason has 2 angles Japanese when you select Japanese on the menu and the English Angle with the fucked up footage for the OP/EDs. I struggled to figure out how to rip the subs directly from the DVD for that exact reason—IDK what the hell you mean by the subtitles being screwed up as I double-checked the sync for the OP/ED songs multiple freaking times and saw no issue, so please enlighten me on what I missed because I literally can’t tell what the hell you’re talking about maybe it’s the Japanese subs I did not double-check that, but I doubt it since the subs are the same as from jiripraptak’s release the only thing I contributed was the English dub which was not on their release.

I also added the subs for the anime’s opening and ending song and some missing subs from one of the next episode previews manually by hand by popping the Funimation disc into my disk drive and selecting the Japanese angle this was heavily based on jiripraptak’s release I did some touch-up’s to fix some few things I did not like about their subs which I did not have to in fact I did not have to put any effort into this release at all but I did so because I wanted to make this release as good as I could with my given knowledge another thing I used the Urotsuki release in the first case instead of the WEB-DL UHD HDR10 release because any HD release of Slayers is shit and Urotsuki’s release on the russian website was literally deinterlaced from the Japanese Dvd’s unless someone makes an AI upscale that is trained of what the show should look like or someone else does their own deinterlacing and color correction of the footage this is the best release so far with the most complete subs I could muster, so there is my explaination.
