Yes, 1282x720 is on purpose. The source had to have some of its borders chopped off before downscaling.

It is recommended that you use mpv to watch this and other releases of mine. For example, at 13:50, the text resizing looks jittery in MPC-HC (xyfilter) and smooth in mpv.
