This is an HEVC re-encode of all of my dragonball episodes.
All of them are 720x540 resolution and all of them have had
filtering done to try to sharpen up the old footage a bit. It looks
a LOT better in my opinion. A lot of the thick, fuzzy lines are now
sharp and black.

Please seed after finishing, my connection is not the best.

2017-10-13 22:10:25 UTCpwnedbygary	2017-10-13 22:10:25 UTC — pwnedbygary the 940MX is not compatible with that GPU encoder, you want normal H265 instead, which is compatible with the Skylake CPU you have. That said, NVIDIA H265 is of lesser quality compared to the normal H265 implementation.
