Comparing them side by side, if I had to guess I'd say BILI was probably machine-translated (not quite word-for-word, but extremely close to the Japanese audio) whereas CR tends to phrase things more naturally. Then again, I could also be completely wrong.

So for UK we now have GoFile - Fast, but files only available for around 10 days. Buzzheavier - Good, but DL speed inconsistent - can be 8mb/sec one day and 150kb/second the next, mdiaload - an unusable browser freezing frenzy of popup porn, and multiup, limited to 1 DL per day
