Yep it seems to be that way as i am at max 2MB/s or 250Kb so seeding is low.

Avoid animotvslash torrents. They got banned on nyaa for watermarking their videos and their releases uses MTL for translation. That's why they usually comes first. Just like mushin, those guys don't speak japanese at all. Don't believe me? just check their strike the blood releases.

Don't expect much since it is Animotvslash and it looks like they are not seeding it.

As I recall, adding sub languages previously was not considered valid grounds for a special fetch, so I'd expect something calling itself repacks to be ignored.

I thought a 'repack' means something has been added, like an additional language so it had to be repackaged.  And V2 refers to edits.  If someone's going to use these terms in a weird way, it's just too bad.
