K-Lite provides an updated version of  MPC-HC.  The original MPC-HC project closed some years ago and I guess couldn't handle AV1.  Look up K-Lite in Wikipedia for download info.

Because it is an untouched stream rip from CrunchyRoll. The 300mb ones are encodes of the CrunchyRoll releases.

Why are the files so large, most other 1080p uploads are around the 300mb size.

I got this one from Nyaa and not only does episode 10 of season 1 download completely faster than any other episode for some reason, but it seems like these are literally only the audio files. there is no video to them at all. what gives?

As an average consumer, whose views are thankfully not tainted by bias, I must say this has been an amazing run. First time I stumbled onto these ai-generated subs, I was impatiently waiting for the official translations. I decided to try it out just for the heck of it and immediately I was hooked by the potentials and possibilities that this much unjustly hated project represents. Sure it’s still not perfect, errors are expected to occur. But even this moderate level of fluency and accuracy achieved through mere employment of AI is nothing short of absolutely impressive, especially given the time and effort required for the job. I understand the frustration on part of respectable translators and their supporters. But it must be accepted that AI isn’t only here to stay, but also to grow, and eventually make life more convenient for the majority of the population: and that includes non-Japanese-speaking anime-watchers! Therefore, I personally am looking forward to the future of this project, which will hopefully continue its work.

So, they (the admn or the one posting) might of put the wrong title.

Oh heck, I just noticed this and saw there were actually two download link categories (one for the video file itself and one with just audio). I'll see about trying again this coming weekend (in hoped the "admins" of the file hosting services don't take these episodes in question down first).

eps 1-11 have already been fetched. As a general rule batches are not fetched if the other eps already had been. You should have been grabbing them as they came out like many of us do to avoid the batch issue.

I think this is the first full release of HEVC encoded BD version so I hope AT fetches the full of this release.

Not true, there is tons of torrents that have dual audio with out Japanese...

But who has the intelligence to realize Japanese tv shows have Japanese audio, then English dub audio is added later?

Double check that you didn't download the audio extract instead of the actual file.

I don't see any mka files in this torrent.  Your download program is probably renaming some file type it doesn't recognize like maybe flac.  Flac and mka are audio only files.  You should only play mkv files.

I tested by downloading ep1 on buzzheavier, it came in as mkv and played fine.

I also just noticed that the actual files when downloaded are in the extension of .mka; I don't know if that's gonna be a problem in terms of renaming the file extension or something to try and solve the issue.
