In simple terms, this is a temporal upscale, with smooth transitions, so I think it's fine per Nyaa standards (it's not a spacial (conventional) upscale).

Runs very nicely on my Nexus 7.

There's a little artifacting, but not too much. I'm thinking I should have set the CRF a little higher; if enough people want it, I might decide to redo it.

Also, it's only 8bit because 10bit is a shitty placebo, and moreover, 60fps any color depth is hard to handle for a lot of computers, and I sure as hell am not going to make it in some retarded placebo 10bit e-peen masturbatory bullshit. Retarded fansubbers should have switched to 60fps instead of hi10p shit. Upping the framerate is so much more noticeable than the practically non-existent benefits of 10bit. It's also hardsubbed for the same reason (compatibility, not the other stuff). Original source is NemDiggers' re-encode of the series (I don't want to go through hardsubbing bullshit, and his quality is more than good enough).
