As for archive purposes, I believe they do when the BD's out and the best encode releases are out (not the mini releasers' releases of the BD version). I do weekly and from WEB-DL sources, so I don't think I'm concerned.

+ I'd add that I get around 3 to 5k downloads per week on my two releases, so there's a demand.
