No ass/ssa files for this by themselves have passed thru Nyaa, as far as I can see, so you'll have to look/ask for them at the fan-subs.

The problem is that all the BD releases I see on Nyaa are tlacatlc subs based.  Broadcast versions will have different timings.

(One of the others said he made some modifications of the tlacatic and offers them to whoever.  I think it mostly adds honorifics, which would probably make it even more different than viz.  Search Nyaa for "Nurarihyon no Mago" and you'll see what's out there.)

What you probably need is for someone to create a new BD offering using the R1 or a different fansub's subtitles.   Or get a broadcast version of the series.  But I don't know that this is so popular a title that anyone else is working on a BD release.

Generally, if there is an OP and an EN file, like this one has, it probabaly uses ordered chapters.  When the opening and ending are included as bonuses, they are usually listed as NCOP and NCEN --that is, without the screen credits just to enjoy the music and animation.  But I don't have this series and last I checked this fansub site shut down a few days ago, so I can't say for sure.

Ordered chapters are an absurd nuisance  these days, in my view.  But if you'd like an easy option to play them, just install CCCP from

Fragments? Fragments are just pieces of the file.
Torrents break the file down into pieces which get fetched and assembled into files. Of course, if you already have a full file, then the torrent application doesn't need to fetch pieces for that file.
Most clients allow you to skip files, so just skip the files you already have.

(It's also possible to put in incomplete files and let the torrent client fix things up, but it's not necessary here)

i believe the files composed in the torrent and in extracted archive aren't sharing the same fragments... besides torrent tend to build up each files equally at the same time so most files won't be fully completed until the last percent. (unless you change around the priorities) or could i be mistaken? My disk space usage is almost exceeding its limit, so i don't really want to fill it up with the originals. Plus when you encode it fills up even more from generating encodes + original file.

Haha Thanks for the info, but i'm already a member of MT. I guess i'm just too lazy to read the encoding procedures. MT these days are facing deadly problems though.. from all the banning rush. Yup you got it correct. I was initially collecting the normal fansub releases until when i met the mini-encodes one day, and decided to replace my entire collection to save disk space. But i still keep the original collection.

THORA made a better impression on me compared to the Coalgirls release. And i frequently take ordered chapters into account if they're available, but you don't spot them as much. Though i wish they (as in the original BD manufacturer) kept the staff rolls in the OP & ED images... it looks so deficient and empty.

The Universe is a remarkable place.  Hiryuu doesn't get a mention in 6 weeks since the start of Girls und Panzer, and then within a few hours it:

For a real fan, an extra step.  I make it a rule to not mention other websites, but HQ mini-mkv like this (60 – 100MB per episode) is a special sub-group of anime.  Here's the address for the oldest and biggest mini-mkv fansub site I know of.  It claims 5800 such titles, including 2 different HQ versions of TT.

The downloads are free, but these guys have gotten fussy in their dotage and now require registration.  In case your current effort dies at 98% completion the day before Christmas.
  
I'm assuming that I correctly understand you to be a fan of both HQ anime and very small file sizes?  
At 7.42GB, the Thora encode is really, really nice.  At about one half that size, the Coalgirls is nice but not as nice.  I just watched ep1 of both.  At 1.2GB, mini-mkv's can be...remarkably good, considering.

You could combine the files you can recover from the parts with the torrent to speed things up.
I'm not sure why you need a mini re-encode, but if your issue isn't download bandwidth/quota, I'd just download the original and re-encode yourself in this case.

That's why I said to remove the kfx version in the file and replace it with the one from the link. The one without kfx wouldn't cause the duration time to be 21m 43s since no line in the subs extended that far unlike the kfx version.

Hey, this is all i've got to depend on, so my persistence isn't really intentional. Furthermore, it's still better than surfing through the net searching every possible keyword, scrolling through pages and pages. Now that's nerve-wrecking. :p
Right now it's about half done, but it decreased its transfer speed to less than 1kb, so still hanging around in the bottom. Haha, if only i had the skills and knowledge to handle encodes, i wouldn't be searching around for links. :)  I'm a mac-user so that accelerates my unwillingness to learn.  

TT has a beautiful plot and graphics so i really wanna stick with this in their best quality. I've heard and (think) watched some parts of Sora no Woto, lost track of it somewhere and dropped it. Probably will get back to it soon again.
