Group who plans to sub for free access is a bit slow and usually release 4+ days after airing.

The only thing I don't like about mini-HD (if that's what this is), is that the audio tends to have a tinned sound.

If this is a new show for you, it's a great series and worth the time BUT Nisemonogatari is the second season.  Bakemonogatari is the first season and you really need to see it first because from the opening scene on, almost nothing in Nisemonogatari is quite what it appears to be.  This is sort of a theme of Nisemonogatari, and sort of the humor of the author for this leg of the series.  

Bakemonogatari is about several unique and fascinating relationships.  Especially fun is the courtship between the male hero and his new tsundre-tundra girlfriend for life --it's one of the best rides you'll ever find in anime.  For me, the best version of Bakemonogatari is Thora-qIIq.  Next best would be the translation used by Coalgirls.  But I would avoid the various gg versions like ANE, as they miss too much.

If you are a fan of this series, the Commie subs make much better sense of the plot and humor that the other versions.  The censorship does mess up the story-telling a bit, especially in the first few episodes. But nevertheless...

gg has a complicated set of rules they follow for certain very interesting reasons.  I wouldn't bet for sure that they would do a BD release of this.  It depends on a lot of things.  It's more likely that someone else would do a BD release using their subs.

They haven't done many BD releases of any kind over the years.

The first episode --only the first episode-- has French subtitles instead of English.  The other episodes appear to be in English.  To get English subtitles for episode 1 you need to go to the website link at the top of this page and look for the article on Pandora Hearts.  At the bottom of their page are direct download links for each episode.  You need to download the episode one from that link.  It's a different file size from the one at our site because it has no subtitles at all.  The Episode 1 download line only also has an extra link titled "Subtitle".  You need to click on and download that file as well.  Then you just need to be sure that both files are in the same directory when you play the episode.  Your video software will match up the file names for this mkv and ass file and add the subtitles to the screen.

Whew!  A bit of work, but if you want this...  You may learn something new by doing.  I Don't know why they did this.  Or why they didn't explain anything.

And don't get me started on the French...

Why the subs in a nothe languge

I manage to get 1.5-2 MB/s when downloading from minus.

Interesting Video comparison for those intersted:  FFF = 415.9MB, Commie = 281MB.  Same episode, both use Hi10P - 720p.  Is the encode by Commie not only a smaller file than FFF but also better video quality?  Some say yes.

The Horrible-Subs version is probably 8-bit, if you want to make that comparison as well.

Hmm.  Assuming our western childhood dub was censored, what might an uncensored Speed Racer look like, if this is uncensored?

-Did Trixie get her nickname from a part-time job at night?
-Was Chim-Chim actually a boy or girl chimpanzee?
-Was Speed Racer actually wearing mascara around his eyes?

A variety of file sizes have come around before and probably will again.  For reference, SFW-Chihiro has a 480p at about 250MB, 720p at about 700MB, and 1080p at about 1.5GB per episode (!!), subbed.  There are also English audio versions now by whatever groups do "dubs".

Anime seems to have beaten this genre to death with every variation imaginable, including sports vampires and an unvampire who squirts blood out her nose when she gets excited.

That's how they are at the author's website also.  It will take a v2 release to fix.  I left them a note, so watch for a re-release.

Episodes 2 and 3 are corrupt I think, they are only 20MB over.
