Here are a couple of facts: 1. The last day that admin commented in this feedback page is the last day that files were updated here. Being that it is summer and vacation time for many, it is possible he went away for vacation. My alternate theory is that he was taken out by a drone rented by the US Dept of Commerce.
2. The day that TT went down is the exact same day that the makers of bit-torrent went on "strike". Here's the news as found on the TorrentFreak.com homepage (a news site about torrents):
July 16, 2012: "OpenBitTorrent and PublicBitTorrent, the two largest BitTorrent trackers on the Internet, are on strike. Both trackers are going offline to protest the unresponsiveness of the makers of uTorrent who were asked to introduce a simple protocol enhancement that would save the non-profit trackers thousands of dollars. As a result of the protest, many people are having trouble downloading files on BitTorrent."
If unrelated, that's one heck of a coincidence! Now I have some hope that everything may return to normal. But it's just a hope that these two possibilities explain our current situation.
Can AnimeTosho monitor Jishaku Toshokan for now? (with Anime only, EN only, 18+ filtered)? I can posts some torrents from nyaa and this would make AT work again during during TT's downtime.
(If by any chance you were serious, softsub lag is the first thing that happens when a computer is not up to playback, followed by audio lag. This lag then gets hardsubbed to the avi image. Shut down everything else running on your computer and try again, or have a friend create the avi for you on a better computer. Avi's are far less demanding on hardware, so once made it should playback fine on your rig. Sorry, I don't think an avi of this is planned, but if one shows up I'll post it here.)
At the 2:00 minute mark we warned you not swing around your "Miracle Stick" too much. Try cheering Precure on with your other hand and your premature subtitles should go away. Now go away.
Will the precure all stars new stage movie dvd have a sendspace and mediafire link. I usually stick to mediafire and sendspace to download my eps and movies :)
yes comfun does it for usenet, maybe it might be more effective to leech from usenet and then upload to ddl but you'd need ipv6 for that or pay for an account. see http://fanzub.com/?q=@poster comfun
The TT shut-down wasn't a scheduled event. In fact, being down this long is worrisome.
But as a special service to a fellow-fan of Precure, i tried to find some other link you might be able to use. I discovered it is hard to find links for the avi version. I was only able to find two. I hope one of them will do:
(Note on this first one: You will only see a button that says "Premium Download". Pressing it will start the download. There should be no sales pitch or request for information. It's already been paid for.)
Nice and long reply Thank you for your time I know several sites which offer 60mb download but they don't usually put the fansub name in their releases :( bye
Ive seen the opening, and most certainly it is a cool anime to see, but I cannot find any episodes on the web. Hopefully somebody will got them and want to share this old Japanese anime series with the rest of us humans.
Comparing translations is the best way to discover which version to go with, but subtitle extraction is a bit of a pain in the butt, and there's no path to self-reliance. As for admin, things are mostly automated at this site so I don't think anyone except another fan might help out. So absent subtitle extractions: 1. Download the lowest resolution version of each, as you did with Horrible 2. Check out a fansub comparison site, like: http://www.whiners.pro/ See if they provide you with the kind of information you're looking for. 3. If your internet is only slow, a download manager could allow you to set up a pile of overnight downloads while you sleep. For example, at downloads.cnet.com (a consumer advocate site) look for "Free Download Manager". It's totally free, open source and has no ads or donation requests. See if you can figure out how to use it for 1 download at a time overnight with different sites. 4. If your internet however is metered as well, meaning more money for more downloads, see if you can find alternative sources, including free wi-fi at coffee shops.
if possible can someone upload the subtitle only? maybe the admin can do this? cuz i want to compare which fansub is the best but the problem is slow internet speed thanks
I do not know when TT will come back online. Even if it comes back, it will miss some torrents released since yesterday. You can head over to otakucop.com for now for your HTTP/DDL links.
The Moonlighters are on episode 662, AnimeTL (very bad) is on 661 and Tetra just started with episode 663 and will go on from there. I will wait for M-L to sub 662 before watching this.
