Probably not.  Last week a group called "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW) said they re-timed Horrible's subs and substituted the uncensored AT-X version a few days later.  In the past, a censored version comes out first, then a less censored version is broadcast a few days later on the AT-X channel.  A completely uncensored version might be reserved for BD release later on.  Watch for the NSFW version in a few days, if you want...er...whatever it is you want.

Well, this is Naruto SD EP03...don't be misleaded.

A new, unique offering in 8-bit.  As I read the credits, one person creates a Spanish translation from the Japanese, then another person creates an English translation from the Spanish translation.  It seemed to work ok generally, but haven't compared it to the CMS version.

Could there be a person who speaks Japanese and Spanish but not English?  I don't know why I would be surprised.  How insular and small (and comfortable and advantaged) my world...

This was listed under /software/games on Nyaa as a game demo recently translated into English by some Russians. (!!)

It was incorrectly labelled under Anime on TT, hence it popped up here.

For any interested, remember that executable files, which this presumably becomes after being joined and uncompressed (*.exe) can be very dangerous, whereas media files (*.mkv, *.avi, *.mp4, etc.) are not (except flash files, if you count those as media).  At least, I can't think of any incidents involving media files, except flash or shockwave.

The two clusters of groups spelled the title differently: Nyaruko" vs. "Nyarlko".  Now we need human admin to undo mess caused by other humans.  

According to AniDb.net, the official English title is "Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos" but the non-English title is "Haiyore! Nyaruko-san" which would make Ahodomo NemDiggers and Horrible correct.  Or whatever admin decides, as Master of this domain.

Kudos to aerozext for first to comment on this.  A prize sampler of assorted female drools will be sent to your home address (commenting on another title this season).

I believe "overdub" means the original Japanese audio track was deleted.  From the Japanese director of Dirty Pair and a Hello Kitty movie.  Twelve-year old stuff can be hard to find.  You may not get another opportunity.

If you're speed subbing, like this show, raw video has to be acquired from Japanese broadcasts.  Doing it properly requires some equipment, even if volunteers run it.  Running a group means having a website, acquiring domain names, server and Internet costs, etc.  Most groups list running costs of $100 - $200 per month.  Speed subbing -posting new episodes as soon as 8 hours after broadcast, requires more resources.  Translating and subbing older titles requires less.  Working from raw video requires more resources than using another person's encodes.  So there are different ways to participate.

Why spending money to do it? o.O

Unfortunately most files uploaded around early April weren't uploaded to MediaFire due to them blocking anonymous uploads.
Maybe try searching elsewhere or perhaps someone helpful will put up links for you.

Most transloading services will only take direct links, but most hosts won't give out direct links (they typically force you onto a landing page before you can download).
In other words, you generally can't transload directly from hosts, unless you can grab a direct link (ie premium account).

MediaFire is a bit of an exception - you can visit the MF link, then right-click the green button -> copy download link. This copied URL is a direct link you can use to transload to someplace else.
