lol dreamer2908 I'm the one that released this... it's not a rename, it's an mp4 in an mkv container... in any case, like I mentioned earlier this doesn't even have anything muxed within the mkv container aside from the RAW encode (we encoded from .ts, so yes it's not just some zero-raws release).

There's no specific method for any particular host, actually.
I believe you can choose to add parity to RAR files when making them (either that, or parity is done separately, eg .par2 files). Parity makes files larger, but gives you some chance for recovery.

As there's no parity here, if it's corrupted, you'll have to re-download the corrupted parts unfortunately (assuming the host didn't corrupt the file). TCP, which is the protocol used for uploading and downloading performs checksums so corruption is unlikely (which is why parity files don't get included).
Did your downloader corrupt the file, or maybe your connection broke?

Admin, is there any method of fixing a corrupted file from MF? Like sometimes when I download games, there is a 5% recovery chance when you download .rars from MF.

Really MediaFire's fault - go complain to them to fix the problem >_>
