Nyaa already banned users who uploads watermarked releases and also users who intentionally posts spoilers. But let me remind you that this site is not nyaa. So different rules may apply. However, I just find the practice of "branding things you just pirated" extremely shameful but it's not a bannable offense unlike posting spoilers out of the blue.

there's a real difference between uploading a torrent online with little to no background on who you are vs posting on an online forum such as this.

And I think it's wise that uploader of this torrent didn't say who made this subs (it's clearly stated it is not him). Imagine all these brain dead AI haters going to someone's profile who made them and harassing this person.
