Yes it as you say very compatible, but @ such a low bitrate you will run into probs in higher end sound sys. (echoing/hollow/tinny/feedback through the speakers) if your able to reconfigure/update your software for them; all good. If not re-encode audio will do the trick.

It's the crappy CR Audio encode (128 kb/s  2 channels  44.1 kHz) it sounds like that depending on if you use an external sound/speaker system eg Sound Bar/Sound Sys etc or even if say your laptop has higher end speakers. Portable media plays dislike it as well.

On the 783-794 post, HatSubs says that there's nothing good inbetween Yibis and HatSubs, but Hatsuyuki (which subbed One Piece episodes 587-710 and 747-998 except 905) is better than Yibis (after it stopped doing attack effects) and HatSubs.
