Its not that. If it was just about Russian cartoons that don't belong here Id agree. The guy spams nearly every single post the guy makes. Hes a child mentally. He was blowing up pretty much every upload the guy made with like 20 comments in each upload so admin got on him. His excuse for his childish actions were he didn't like the guy. Hes still running his mouth except now its only a couple of comments nearly every upload. He cant help himself apparently.
