The general rule of thumb is that IDs never get re-used, so a new upload should result in a new ID. But if Nyaa.si recycles IDs for re-uploads of deleted torrents, that's surprising behaviour on their side.

Sorry with a new date, but in it's original position in the list of torrents on nyaa.

I deleted it because the remux posted on nyaa by ZeroBuild was of similar size and generally the same quality. This was about a year ago. If you reupload a deleted nyaa torrent with the original torrent, it retains the seeders and upload date. I did not do that but I'm assuming someone else did since they found it useful (I personally do not). Nothing to do with nyaa staff.

Actually looks like Nyaa.si staff pulled some shenanigans because the date of the original entry was modified.

That's some mighty dumb guessing you are doing there. Most groups do it for love/fun and don't make money to pay an IT person. When I was a encoder/releaser I was a one man show and didn't make money from it.
