Just checked and none of these issues are in this release:

Episode 4: no corruption at any of the timestamps mentioned
Episode 7: the audio and subtitle tracks are correct
Episode 8: video shows correctly as 24:05
Episode 13: this series is 12 episodes, there is no episode 13

Looks like the video portion is a bit larger than a direct rip from the source because of the encode settings and or filters they are using.

Even in this day and age some people have slow speed and or bandwidth caps. Also they may be downloading to a phone which usually means even worse bandwidth caps and smaller storage space.

depends on your pc's setup.  On mine AT's hdr screenshots are very dark instead of washed out.  I take it as a good reminder than something is hdr.  You may be able to tweak what your browser shows if you have the hardware.  Or just spend the 1GB to see what you get.

Check the MediaInfo or the release title: it's an HDR movie. Animetosho's screenshots aren't representative of the colors you will get when watching the video with a proper HDR setup or competent media player.
