i was using ublock origin to, it happened only sporadicly and not at the first but only on some later download in a row, also it only happened on windows not on my linux machine, maybe they picked especially users still using windows 10 (of cause with ESU enabled), also there was a quite sophisticated random, concealment, obfuscation, only if certain behaviour is detected of whatever to call it algorithm in place, it spawned it own domain the download was happening using a blob thing (so it couldn’t be tracked back from the download list) and as i tried to access the link again after finding it in my browser history list the whole domain was offline...

i carried on cause i am interested in such stuff not cause i believed it to be genuine, i also tried to decompile the malware and sent it to AV manufactures to analyse it...
I was a bit surprised to see the good French MultiUp people allowing such stuff, luckily it seams to be gone now...
