While the archive itself asks for a password it would seem that just leaving it blank and just continuing it somehow extracts the archive my guess is that the password is just an empty string so a blank field or a null value works just fine

Mystery meat so to take a bite:

- video title is bwings for some reason
- 702x480, 59.940 fps (the source image is pretty poor without adding a load of gohsted frames), AVC 221 MB
- Audio tracks are AC-3 192kbs and are not labelled (1 Japanese, 2 English)
- There is no subtitle track (sloppy but if you're here you can grab attachments from a different release)
- encode doesn't match anything on anidb
