I think you're totally missing the point of the first post.
I doubt reactor necessarily missed anything - they're just trying to point out to others who may have made assumptions on "DUAL". People make assumptions all the time because they don't necessarily have the time to investigate everything up front, so clarifying statements can be helpful to those.

That still sounds antagonistic to me. Consider something like:

It's worth noting that VARYG does list this info in the description, which can be found via the Nyaa/cached link above. I would recommend downloaders check this info for VARYG releases ahead of time to avoid surprises.
