You need to download all those 3 parts  (mkv.001, mkv.002 and mkv.003) and and use 7zip to extract mkv.001.

This is just speculation since you did not precise, however each time this is brought up, VLC is the media player in question. VLC is known for failing to play surround Opus files, and it's got other long-lasting major issues as well, so as the other person told you before me, consider switching to MPV. The release description tells as much BTW: "Tired of VLC acting up with Opus audio, with subtitles, with color rendition? We recommend the MPV media player for the best playback experience"

Don't download this shitty release, as it used AMZN 1080P as source... any official 1080p is officially badly downscaled from the 4K version (they used the default bicubic resizing method, which produces shitty oversharpened linearts) and is ultra-bistrarved. And their encode is even more bitstarved, it's disgusting. Furthermore, AMZN is literally the worst source there is.
Download a 1080p (800p actually) release properly downscaled from the 4K version, like the AV1 ones. They actually do their job properly, not like these guys...

50gb is too big for AT, you might want to torrent it.

sometimes the first file has another file extention like .mpv then you have to first change it to .001 and open the the first file then with 7-zip filemanager or you can use some terminal commands co concatenate the files
